Kristin Bednarz is first and foremost a loving mother and wife who has three precious little ones ages 5 and under. She understands the chaos and overwhelm that comes with parenting and has lived through these struggles! She has found a way to BREAK FREE from this overwhelm through building deep, lasting, connected relationships with her children, starting from birth. Of course, there are still many chaotic moments in her household, but she has found the key to unlocking a connected relationship to use those moments as opportunities for growth!
Kristin is a licensed Physical Therapist and a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator. She masterfully combines knowledge of the physical development of children with their social-emotional development to build the foundation for your future thriving children! Kristin’s life’s purpose is to empower parents to build this deep, lifelong connection with their children!
